    Our website accepts credit cards based on PayPal. If you have trouble paying or would like to pay in cash, please contact us.

    Your reservation will be confirmed within 10 minutes of payment. Late-night reservations are confirmed in the morning. We also check on weekends, but if it is not urgent, we will contact you on Monday of the following week.

    If you decide to request a refund, please request a refund by my page directly on the website or contact us via WhatsApp, etc.

    The refund policy varies depending on the booked product, Therefore, please check the Terms & Conditions of the product you reserved.

    You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel your reservation 24 hours before the tour starts. If the driver is not arranged after 24 hours, or if the admission ticket is 100% refundable, we will fully refund you. If not, we will check whether a refund is possible and refund you.

    The refund amount will be made using the same payment method you used when making your reservation.

    If there are no problems with your refund request, we will process the refund within 1 day and notify you of the result by email.
    If you paid by card, it may take 3-4 days or a month depending on the card company. (It varies depending on the credit card company.)

    If you paid with cash or bank transfer, please tell us account holder name , account number, swift code, bank name, bank code, and bank address. It may take about a week for your remittance to be received without a problem.
