How to meet Driver
- Hotel pick up
Driver will standby in front of your hotel parking lot(or hotel lobby) 10 minute earlier than meeting time. - Lotte World pick up
The driver will be waiting at the main entrance of Lotte World at the appointed time.(supported via WhatsApp.)
How your reservation is managed.
- After payment, our reservations team will contact you within an hour via confirmation email (or WhatsApp).
- The day before your tour, our driver team will send you driver information via WhatsApp. (Group message delivered to driver)
- Your driver will contact you within 10 minutes of the meeting time (WhatsApp).

- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to your driver

Overtime Fee
