How to meet the Driver
- Hotel pick-up
The driver will be on standby in front of your hotel parking lot (or hotel lobby) 10 minutes before the meeting time.
How your reservation is managed.
- After payment, our reservation team will contact you within one hour via confirmation email (or WhatsApp)
- The day before your tour, our driver team will send you driver information via WhatsApp.(A group message will be sent to the driver)
- Your driver will contact you within 10 minutes of the meeting time (WhatsApp).
Things to know
- There must be a special place to store cargo at your destination, such as an airport or hotel.
- You can hire workers to transport your cargo.
- Please do not store valuables. We are not responsible for the loss of valuables.
- For cargo and passengers that exceed the vehicle’s carrying capacity, you must use another means of transportation or order an additional vehicle.
- All additional fees must be paid in cash directly to your driver
Overtime charges (Calculated on a 30 minute basis)
- 5 ~ 7 pax van : KRW 30,000/hour (or USD 30)
- 10 pax van : KRW 40,000/hour (or USD 40)
- From a 25 seater bus : KRW 50,000/hour (or USD 50)
